📦 Digital Products
SF Solvers offers a range of digital products including AI tools, automation systems, software solutions, and downloadable files. All products are designed and developed in-house by our team.
All digital products are delivered instantly to your registered email address upon successful payment. You will receive a download link or access credentials within minutes. Please check your spam folder if you do not see the email.
All digital products are licensed for personal or single-business use only, unless otherwise stated. Redistribution, reselling, or sharing of any product is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate access termination.
No. All digital product sales are final. Due to the instant-access nature of digital goods, refunds cannot be issued once a product has been accessed or delivered. Project timelines vary based on the scope and complexity of the work. Simple projects may take 3–7 business days, while larger or more complex projects may take 2–8 weeks or more. A detailed timeline will be agreed upon in writing before work begins.
Absolutely. SF Solvers treats all client information, project ideas, and requirements with strict confidentiality. We do not disclose, share, or publicly reference any client work without explicit written permission. Your ideas are safe with us.
Upon receipt of full payment, all custom deliverables and intellectual property rights are transferred to the client. SF Solvers may retain the right to display the work in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
🔄 Subscriptions
SF Solvers offers subscription-based access to TradingView scripts, market analytics tools, and other recurring digital services. Plans are available on monthly, quarterly, and annual billing cycles. Visit our services page for current plan details.
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Cancellations do not result in a refund for the current period unless you are within the eligible refund window stated in your plan.
Subscription refunds are available only within the time period specified in your subscription plan description at the time of purchase. Refund requests submitted after the stated window will not be eligible. Please review your plan terms carefully before subscribing.
💳 Payments
SF Solvers accepts payments through secure third-party payment processors. Accepted methods include major credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed securely — we do not store your payment card information.
All prices on SF Solvers are listed in USD (United States Dollar) unless otherwise specified. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion rates if you are paying in a different currency.
Yes. All payments are processed through encrypted, secure third-party payment gateways. SF Solvers does not store, view, or have access to your full payment card details at any time.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting SF Solvers will result in immediate termination of access to all products and services. We strongly encourage you to reach out to us at support@sfsolvers.com to resolve any payment concerns before initiating a dispute.
