SF Solvers offers three categories of offerings, each with its own refund and return terms:
- Digital Products — Scripts, software, AI tools, and downloadable solutions
- Services — Custom engineering, software development, AI, and fintech projects
- Subscriptions — Recurring access plans for tools, platforms, or ongoing services
2. Digital Products — No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital goods — including but not limited to AI tools, software solutions, automation systems, and downloadable files — once a product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded.
This policy applies because:
- Digital products are instantly accessible upon purchase
- They cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense
- Unauthorized duplication or use cannot be undone after delivery

3. Services — No Returns Policy
All custom services provided by SF Solvers — including Engineering Design, Software Development, Artificial Intelligence solutions, PCB Design, 3D CAD Modeling, and Fintech Automation — involve significant time, resources, and expertise invested from the moment a project begins.
Therefore:
- Payments made for services are non-refundable once work has started
- Partial refunds may be considered only if work has not yet commenced and a written cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours of payment
- Completed deliverables cannot be returned or exchanged
Any disputes regarding service quality will be handled professionally and on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to client satisfaction and will work to resolve genuine concerns.
4. Subscriptions — Refund as Per Plan Terms
For subscription-based offerings, refund eligibility is determined by the specific terms mentioned in the subscription plan at the time of purchase. Please refer to your plan description for the exact refund window.
General subscription refund guidelines:
- Refund requests must be submitted within the time period stated in your subscription plan
- Requests submitted after the stated period will not be eligible for a refund
- Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time to avoid future billing, but past payments are non-refundable unless within the eligible window
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days

5. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances, at SF Solvers’ sole discretion:
- A product or service was not delivered due to an error on our part
- The delivered product is fundamentally different from what was described
- A technical failure on our end prevented access to the purchased product
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Lack of technical knowledge to use the product
- Compatibility issues not disclosed to us before purchase
- Partial completion of a requested revision or modification
