SF Solvers is a fully digital business. We do not sell or ship any physical products. All products, services, and deliverables provided by SF Solvers are delivered digitally. This policy outlines how and when you will receive your purchase after completing an order.

SF Solvers operates exclusively as a digital products and services company. We offer:

  • Digital Products — AI tools, software solutions, automation systems, and downloadable files
  • Custom Services — Engineering Design, Software Development, AI solutions, PCB Design, 3D CAD Modeling, and Fintech Automation
  • Subscriptions — TradingView scripts, market analytics tools, and recurring access plans

There is no physical shipping involved in any of our offerings. No parcels, no tracking numbers, no delivery addresses required.

2. Digital Product Delivery

Once your payment is confirmed:

  • You will receive an email confirmation with your purchase details
  • Download links or access credentials will be delivered to your registered email address
  • Access is typically granted within minutes of payment confirmation
  • Some products may require account creation — instructions will be included in the delivery email

3. Service Delivery

For custom services, delivery timelines depend on the scope and complexity of the project. The following applies:

  • Project timelines will be agreed upon in writing before work commences
  • Deliverables will be shared digitally via email or a designated file-sharing platform
  • Milestone-based projects will have scheduled delivery checkpoints as outlined in the project agreement
  • SF Solvers will notify you promptly of any delays and provide a revised timeline
⚠️ Service delivery timelines are estimates. Delays caused by client-side factors (late feedback, incomplete information, etc.) are not the responsibility of SF Solvers.

4. Subscription Access Delivery

For subscription-based products such as TradingView scripts and analytics tools:

  • Access is granted immediately upon successful subscription payment
  • Login credentials or access instructions will be sent to your registered email
  • Ongoing access is maintained as long as your subscription remains active
  • Upon cancellation or expiry, access will be revoked at the end of the billing period

5. Delivery Timeframes Summary

  • Digital Products: Instant — within minutes of payment
  • Subscriptions: Instant — within minutes of payment
  • Custom Services: As per project agreement — typically 3–30 business days depending on scope

6. Failed or Delayed Delivery

If you do not receive your digital product or access details within 24 hours of payment, please:

  • Check your spam or junk folder first
  • Ensure the email address used at checkout is correct
  • Contact us at support@sfsolvers.com with your order details

We will resolve any delivery issues within 1–2 business days.

⚠️ SF Solvers is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses, full inboxes, or email provider filters. Please contact us immediately if you face any issues.

7. No Physical Shipping

As a fully digital business, SF Solvers does not:

  • Ship any physical goods or products
  • Require a delivery address from customers
  • Provide physical tracking numbers or postal services
  • Partner with any courier or logistics company
