- All service agreements must be confirmed in writing before work commences
- Project timelines, deliverables, and pricing will be outlined in a separate project agreement or invoice
- SF Solvers retains the right to decline any project at its sole discretion
- Client-provided materials must not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
- Any changes to project scope after commencement may result in additional charges
5. Subscriptions
Certain offerings by SF Solvers are available on a subscription basis, including TradingView scripts, market analytics tools, and other recurring access plans. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
- Subscription fees are billed as per the plan selected (monthly, quarterly, or annually)
- You authorize SF Solvers to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
- You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing
- Refunds for subscriptions are only available within the time period stated in the specific plan description
- SF Solvers reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any subscription plan with reasonable notice
6. Payments

Clients are also expected to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary tools, methodologies, or processes shared by SF Solvers during a project engagement.
9. Prohibited Use

- Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
